The 1000 Series leveling casters are engineered for medium to heavy duty applications where mobility and leveling are required.  Our leveling casters consist of a standard caster, a threaded insert (baseplate versions) and a leveler that must be purchased separately.  For more information about the high quality features and mounting options that are offered with these products see the Overview panel.

• absorbs up to 65% more shock than other casters

• CS Option: 90% stainless with some zinc/nickel plated hardware.
• SS Option: 100% stainless steel with 440C stainless bearings

• the 1000 Series Corner Baseplate is designed for mounting on frames with 90 degree corners that are constructed from rectangular or square tubing between 1.5 in. and 2.0 in. in width.  It also mounts to many extruded aluminum profiles. See Mounting Options for an overview.
• for the Stem version, subtract 0.13 in. from the overall height.
• proper support is required for the upper raceway when using the Stem version mounting option.
